Register as provider
Company or freelancer account. Accept provider terms at signup.

Slug is immutable. Hub generates ECDSA keys; clients only ever see the public PEM.
Open Apps → CreateLimit profiles
Define Free / Pro / Team numbers (servers, projects, workflows, named layouts, batch, multi-remote). Seeded Ligui profiles already exist.
Open LimitsPackages
Attach a limit profile + price/SKU. With Payments:Provider=None, checkout is off — you still issue keys from packages.
Issue license
Pick app + package (or custom seats). Customer gets a key; optional email if SMTP is configured.
Issue licenseInvite a developer
Team → add email. Developers see Apps + Licenses + API only — not Packages, Limits, or Earnings.
